1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between php35 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("you," "the Player," or "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses the php35 website located at https://php35.net and all associated services, games, and features offered therein.

By accessing the php35 platform in any capacity – whether by browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus – you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on the php35 platform from time to time. These documents are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the complete agreement between you and php35.

If you are accessing php35 on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms, and your acceptance of these Terms will be treated as acceptance by that party.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the php35 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is in accordance with Philippine law governing online gambling and casino-style gaming. php35 strictly prohibits access by minors and will take all reasonable steps to verify the age of its users.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of php35 complies with the laws applicable in your location.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Philippines.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by php35 or any other gaming operator or regulatory authority.
• Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of php35, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

php35 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension or closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of php35 services, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

3.1 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid email address. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) php35 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. php35 uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, php35 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your php35 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. php35 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify php35 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

php35 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. php35 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the php35 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

php35 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Deposits are generally credited to your php35 account instantly or within a few minutes of confirmation. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. php35 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. php35 aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within three (3) to thirty (30) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. php35 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

4.3 Currency

All account balances, bets, winnings, and bonuses are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). php35 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

php35 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. php35 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

php35 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all php35 bonuses unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds (where applicable) are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• php35 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• php35 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if it determines that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system.
• Players who have opted into self-exclusion or deposit limit programs may not be eligible for certain promotional offers.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the php35 platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product (casino games, sports betting, esports, bingo, sabong, etc.). General betting rules include:

• Bets are final once confirmed. php35 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where expressly permitted by the applicable game rules.
• php35 reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, technical malfunctions, or where there is evidence of match-fixing or irregular betting patterns.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or event, the decision of php35's management shall be final, subject to the complaints procedure set out in these Terms.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the php35 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the php35 platform in an unauthorized manner.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the php35 platform.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization.
• Using the php35 platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward php35 staff or other players.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the php35 platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements, is the exclusive property of php35 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the php35 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any php35 content without the prior written consent of php35. Any unauthorized use of php35 intellectual property may result in legal action.

9 Privacy & Data

php35 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the php35 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. php35 is committed to protecting your personal information and will not sell your data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

10 Responsible Gaming

php35 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential harms associated with gambling. The following tools and policies are available to all php35 players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts at any time via account settings.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the amount they are willing to lose within a specified period.

php35's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your php35 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

php35 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. php35 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events beyond its reasonable control.

12 Amendments

php35 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, php35 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the php35 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account.

13 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through php35's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

php35 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
